To attain certification to the Scene Commander level, participants must meet the rigorous requirements outlined in 29 CFR, Part 1910.120 (q) (6) (v). This includes proficiency in implementing the employer's incident command system and emergency response plan, as well as understanding the hazards associated with employees working in chemical protective clothing.
