The comprehensive section on roles and responsibilities helped me understand my duties as a confined space supervisor. I feel prepared to lead confined space entries safely.
I used to find atmospheric testing confusing. This course made testing procedures, safety precautions, and equipment use easy to understand for me. Very well-structured training.
This confined space training covered everything a supervisor should know. Excellent training.
This course showed me how to evaluate confined spaces, identify hazards, and implement permit-required and alternate entry procedures in a comprehensive way. I highly recommend this training.

Our Confined Space Supervisor Training course is designed to support the training of confined space supervisors working in construction or other industrial settings. As we know, confined spaces pose various life-threatening risks that must be addressed through informed supervision, planning, and strict adherence to OSHA regulations. In the absence of proper oversight and supervision, employees may be exposed to various hazards such as oxygen-deficient environments, toxic gases, engulfment risks, and other hazarodous conditions.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI), between 2011 and 2018, 1,030 American employees lost their lives due to occupational injuries occurring in confined spaces. Other incidents often cited by OSHA further signify the accidents that occur in confined space operations.
To address these grave concerns, we have structured our Confined Space Supervisor Training course to equip individuals with supervisory responsibilities to fulfil the requirements of OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.146 and 29 CFR 1926 Subpart AA. It is designed to build practical skills and confidence to supervise confined space work.
Why Choose our Confined Space Course for Supervisors?
- Focused on practical, role-specific responsibilities for entry supervisors.
- Delivered by subject matter experts with real-world experience in confined space safety.
- Includes up-to-date guidance on hazard control, permitting, and emergency coordination in line with regulatory requirements.
- Designed to enhance both knowledge and decision-making confidence in confined space oversight.

- When a change in operations introduces a hazard not previously covered in an employee's confined space training course.
- If the employer has reason to believe that employees are not following entry procedures properly or that their understanding/use of the methods is inadequate.
OSHA mandates two annual actions related to confined spaces: (1) Employers must review the permit program each year, and (2) Rescue personnel must conduct practice rescues at least once annually.
