Site Safety Training (SST) Card Renewal Requirement
An SST Card is valid for five years. To renew the card, cardholders must complete a refresher course within 12 months before the card expires. Expired SST cards cannot be renewed. If the card has expired, individuals must apply for a new card and complete all the required training for the new SST card.
It should be noted that the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training is valid only for 4 years, and must be renewed before expiration to meet OSHA training requirements.
