According to the Unites States Department of Transportation (DOT) all hazmat shipments must comply with the U.S. DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations as set forth in Title 49 – Transportation. Hazmat training requirements are outlined in Subpart H of Part 172 of the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR).
